This fun shot popped up in my Facebook feed this morning, and brought a big smile! These lovely ladies are a reading group in New Orleans who were gifted with these fun ‘Reading Will Take You Everywhere’ pillows by their generous friend and fellow reader Marlene. It was my pleasure to personalize each one of them with their first name, and I hear they’re still getting good use after these past years.You know that’s one of my biggest joys.

Whether it’s my own imaginary book world of pirate ships and foreign destinations, or something that catches my eye and my brush like the latest blossoms, or even some crazy idea that pops into my head, I love capturing it in color, on paper, and sharing.
