In the press of the turkey cooking and pie baking and table setting, sometimes it's easy to forget exactly what the day is all about. So lest we find ourselves tryptophan-ed out in front of another fall football rivalry, and wondering exactly what hit us, I suggest we take time to start the thanks giving now... and let it lead us through the prep time, the feast, the clean up and the leftovers....
